Due to the application of RFID technology, each electronic seal can be automatically identified with the corresponding container box, and the information of the container is recorded into the RFID tag. During the point-to-point transport process, the target that verifying the container is not opened between the originating station and the target station is realized. Once the electronic seal is damaged, it will be reflected to the computer monitoring system.
Electronic seals are generally installed in switches of the containers. When using it, it has no big difference from the traditional seals, but only requires a long-range reader's sealing action before shipping. The difference between the electronic seal and the traditional seal is that there is an anti-violence breaking alarm: Once the electronic seal is damaged, it will be reflected to the computer monitoring system. The specific application process is as follows: In the departure location, the seller locks the container door (pressing the latch) with RFID active tag when it is ready for shipment, and sends a series of encrypted commands to seal it through a stationary or hand-held reader. After it is successfully sealed, it is difficult to sabotage unless using the professional tools, which can prevent accidental damage in the process of goods transportation. Therefore, it is impossible for a malicious third party to open the container box to smuggle or steal the goods during the entire transportation process unless the lock body structure is destroyed or the container body is simply destroyed (the staff can generally identify it). When the goods arrive at the destination, the receiving party unlocks it according to the unlock command sent by the monitoring center.
During the transportation of goods, the electronic seal continuously sends status signals to the communication box, and then sent to the back-stage monitoring center through the communication and the built-in receiving conversion device to be monitored by the staff in real time. If the status changes in the middle, the owner or the transporter can receive the alarm information and take corresponding measures as soon as possible. At this time, the background monitoring center will fully understand the batch, quantity, on-duty driver and escort, unlocking time and so on. If the communication box is loaded with a GPS module, it can also know the location of illegal unlocking, which is very important to take corresponding security measures.
